Here’s how the challenge works...

Starting on 10 February 2025, our qualified personal trainers will create a completely customised personalised training program just for you.

Then, over 8 weeks, you’ll receive personal training, cardio sessions, nutrition guidance, and fitness assessments to help you stay accountable and on track to crush your health, fitness, and weight loss goals.

As part of the 8-Week Fat Loss Challenge, you'll get:

Get set up for success with a personalised training program and plan of attack that’s completely aligned with your health, fitness and weight loss goals.

Attend 2x one on one or semi-private personal training sessions per week at the times that suit you. Each session has a maximum of 5 people, so you’ll receive the attention you need.

Our qualified coaches will guide and educate you on your nutrition to ensure you support your goals – without giving up on the things you love.

Attend our cardio classes during the week to give you that extra push if you want it to exceed your goals.

Have the option to attend our outdoor bootcamp during the week to mix up your training and stay motivated

Undertake regular fitness assessments to track your progress and know exactly where you’re at.

With our holistic approach to health, 8 weeks is long enough to start seeing sustainable results!

What’s the Investment?

The New Year 8-Week Challenge includes...

However, as part of this 8-week Challenge, you’ll pay only $99 weekly for the semi-private option and $200 weekly for the one on one option.

BUT…if you join before 18 January, you’ll pay only $89 weekly (semi-private) or $180 weekly (one on one)
