Our strength training classes are highly individualised, at Authentic Health we wanted to design a class that was progressive in nature allowing each individual to be challenged at a level personal to them. Providing for the individual who needs to improve their foundational movement takes careful consideration and we wanted to do it in a way that doesn’t hold  back the individual that can perform complex movements like the squat and deadlift.

 

For that reason we use the world class movement assessment known as the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) to measure a person’s individual’s movement quality. By keeping our class sizes to a maximum of 8 and using the data from the assessment we can oversee each person to perform the appropriate exercises and have you moving, feeling, and looking your best.
