Our core classes are more than just sit ups. These 30 minute core classes are sure to have you feeling satisfied utilising a combination of bodyweight and weighted circuit exercises. If strong, toned ab’s are something you desire this is the class for you.

The core express class incorporates the use of torso muscles, including the abdominal region and gluteal muscles. Authentic Health recruit core muscles using a range of different methods including but not limited to carry variations, trunk chops and compound lifts. Core is suitable for beginners and advanced members and its recommended incorporating core training a minimum of 1 to 2 times per week.
