Small Group Training
Have you been to a training session where you are 1 of 20, 30 or even 40+ people in the class? We have, which is why we know that while they can often be low cost they offer no real value when it comes to getting the assistance many people want and need in order to get fantastic results and complete movements safely. Our small group training sessions are a maximum of 10 people which means there is nowhere to hide. Our trainers will be moving between participants throughout the session correcting technique and progressing/regressing the exercises to make sure you get maximum value. In a 45-minute small group training session you will go through a mobility flow whether you’re in strength, boxing, HIIT, or core to have you feeling ready to perform.
