Connor Bell - Personal Trainer
Connor comes from a background of professional soccer, having played for over 8 years including at the highest level in England, Scotland, Wales and Switzerland.
Connor brings with I’m a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked with top physios and sports scientists, as well as international level nutritionists and strength and conditioning coaches, during his playing career. He has had to deal with various injuries due to the nature of his sport so values the importance of the gym and training. Having moved out of the professional game to now semi-professional, Connor is excited and motivated to pass on his knowledge of the fitness industry and focus on his passion of getting the best results for his clients.
Outside of his work at the gym, Connor plays semi-professional soccer for Preston Lions Football Club in the NPL 2. He also likes to participate in a wide variety of other sports including weightlifting, tennis, table tennis and badminton.
Connor is a coach that loves to see the progression and personal development from clients, whether that be physically, mentally or psychologically, and takes great pride in people feeling a sense of satisifcation from their time in the gym.
