What services are you offering during COVID-19?

Due to stage 4 restrictions in Melbourne, we are currently offering virtual group classes and personal training sessions.

What public transport is available to get to the gym?

Train, tram and bus are all available public transport options.
Train – Catch the Craigieburn line to Essendon Station (250m from gym)
Tram – Catch the 59 tram to stop 41-Fletcher St/Napier St (50m from gym)
Bus – Catch the 477 bus to Essendon Station/Russell St (250m from gym)

Is there any parking available?

Yes there is a free 2 hour parking lot available directly across from the gym, as well as street parking.

Do you have shower facilities available?

We currently have one shower available. Please let our trainers know in advance if you wish you to use the shower so we can ensure it is available.

Do you have lockers available?

We do not currently have lockers available so suggest that you do not bring any valuables with you.

Am I able to workout in the gym on my own?

No, we are an appointment only facility.

Can I put my membership on hold?

You definitely can! Should you wish to put your contract on hold, you may do so for a minimum of one week and a maximum of eight weeks per year. All requests to place your contract on hold must be received via email.

What is your cancellation policy for training sessions?

We require 24 hours notice to cancel a personal training or semi-private personal training session or you may be charged unless a medical certificate can be produced.
We require at least 2 hours notice to cancel your spot in a group class or you may be charged unless a medical certificate can be produced.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. Four weeks notice is required to cancel any membership.
