With her warm welcoming nature, she creates a positive and enjoyable training environment, which ultimately leads her clients to achieving their goals.
Nicole’s strength is her ability to connect with her clients and provide teaching methods they will respond to. She enjoys working with all level athletes, breaking down their biomechanics and navigating ways to find solutions to improve. She is a firm believer in coaching with an intention and giving clients an insight to why they are doing something.
She is dedicated to assisting people and bringing the community into a healthier and improved quality of life.
