No, there are no joining fees or any other upfront costs. Your only cost is for your sessions.
No we don’t. At Authentic Health Studio we focus on ensuring every client gets the attention they need to achieve their goals and reduce the risk of injury. This is why we only offer personal training sessions and semi-private personal training sessions to a maximum of 5 people.
Yes, you can as there are no lock in contracts. We want you to be here because you want to be here, not because you are locked into a contract.
As your session time is reserved for you in advance all we ask is you provide two weeks notice of cancelation.
We require 24 hours notice to cancel a personal training or semi-private personal training session or you may be charged unless a medical certificate can be produced.
You definitely can! Should you wish to put your contract on hold, you may do so for a minimum of one week and a maximum of eight weeks per year. All requests to place your contract on hold must be received via email.
Train, tram and bus are all available public transport options.
Yes there is free 1 hour street parking available on Mt Alexander Road directly out the front of the gym, as well as 2 – 4 hour parking in surrounding streets.
We currently have one shower available. Please let our trainers know in advance if you wish you to use the shower so we can ensure it is available.
Whilst we do have designated areas for client bags, we do not currently have lockers available so suggest that you do not bring any valuables with you.
