With a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and years of experience competing at a high level of soccer, Jacob combines education with real-world athletic experience to help clients train smarter and achieve lasting results.
Originally from England and having studied in America, Jacob has been exposed to elite sporting environments and high-performance training systems from around the world. Through his soccer career, he worked closely with physios, strength coaches, and trainers in professional-level environments, developing a strong understanding of what it takes to perform, recover, and progress at the highest level.
Jacob specialises in helping athletes improve key components of their sport, including strength, speed, fitness, mobility, and overall athletic performance. At the same time, he understands that training is not one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re a young athlete chasing performance goals, someone returning to exercise, or simply looking to improve your quality of life, Jacob tailors his coaching to suit your stage of life, experience level, and individual goals.
