There are no hidden costs, the price not only includes your personal training session but also a complimentary 20 minute coaching session every month where you have the opportunity to reflect on your success and plan for the future, it also includes your personalised program, daily online lifestyle coaching where we help you manage your nutrition, stress, and movement outside of your session.

How Often You Should Train?

We recommend you see our blog on training frequency for how many days a week you need to be working out. In terms of how many days per week do I need to work with a coach that’s completely personal for everyone. These are the factors that will influence this decision;
