As a new mum, we understand it can be difficult to find the time to exercise whilst also juggling the demands of your little one. We also understand the unique challenges with fitness some postnatal mums experience after pregnancy and childbirth. Our Mum’s Group is held in a safe and friendly environment on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am – 11am.
You will be able to bring your bub along whilst you workout, sharing the session with up to three other mums and their babies. You will be given a personalised training program via the Trainerize app that you can work through at your own pace, with one of our personal trainers on hand for any questions you may have. The best thing about Mum’s Group is you get everything you get from personal training but you also have like-minded people to support you, congratulate you on your personal bests and give you words of encouragement.
Mum’s Group is currently available to mums with children up to 2 years old.
