Tash has been helping people achieve better health outcomes through nutrition coaching for several years and recently expanded her expertise by becoming a qualified Personal Trainer. She is passionate about empowering people to build sustainable habits that support long-term health, strength, and confidence.
With a particular interest in women’s health across every stage of life, mobility, pain-free movement, and all things dance, Tash loves seeing clients become stronger, fitter, faster, more energised, and more confident in their bodies. Watching people reverse the effects of a sedentary lifestyle and poor nutrition through consistent movement and healthy habits is one of the most rewarding parts of her work and continues to fuel her passion for helping others create lasting change.
Tash believes that while not every aspect of health is within our control – having been diagnosed as high risk for certain diseases because of rare genetic mutation discovered in her twenties – she knows nutrition, movement, mindset and positive lifestyle choices are powerful tools that can dramatically improve quality of life and health outcomes. She is a strong advocate for living a balanced lifestyle and views prevention as one of the best forms of medicine.
As a mum to a young toddler, Tash is committed to leading by example and creating a healthy, active lifestyle for her family. Her goal is to inspire those around her to embrace sustainable habits that allow them to feel their best, thrive through every stage of life, and enjoy all that life has to offer.
