Here’s what’s included in your Authentic Health Studio membership:

 
  • Initial Fitness Assessment: This comprehensive one-hour assessment will enable our personal trainers to develop a personalised training program specific to you.
  • Weekly 5:1 Personal Training Sessions: Our qualified personal trainers will support you during your one or more one hour session each week, tailored to your membership.
  • Monthly Program: Your personal trainer will reassess and update your personal training program as required so you stay accountable and on track towards your goals.
  • Weekly Check-Ins: Every week your personal trainer will check in with you to see how things are going and what should be your specific focus for the week.
  • Private Facebook Group Access: Connect with like- minded community and get support and motivation to achieve your goals.
  • Trainerize App Access: Set your health and wellness goals and track your sessions with this simple to use online app.
  • Ongoing Support: You will have unlimited access to our personal trainers outside of sessions to ask questions and receive support when you need it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Not at all! A common misconception is that personal trainers are all about working people hard and pushing them to their limits. That is not the case. We work with a wide variety of clients of different ages and abilities and also those who have pain and injuries. We are all about meeting you where you are at.

No, we are an appointment only facility.

The cost per session varies between $33 – $80 depending on how often you train per week and whether you are in a private session or a 5 on 1 session. 

Contact us via our website or at info@authentichealthstudio.com.au to discuss your training requirements and we will be able to provide more detail around pricing.

As we are an appointment only facility we kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice to cancel your sessions where possible so that other members have the opportunity to book in. If you are unwell we require a medical certificate for the session to be credited to your account.

In saying that we understand that sometimes there are things that happen outside of your control so will work with you to find a solution.

No, there are no joining fees or any other upfront costs.

There is not a set number of sessions included in our semi-private personal training membership. Some of our clients do one session a week and some do five! Typically two – three sessions per week is recommended to to see results.
