Pat is a highly motivating coach, and aims to help you improve your overall health, fitness and lifestyle to bring out the best version of you. He brings a wealth of knowledge & experience to the industry, having been a coach for over 10 years.
Pat’s approach to health and fitness has developed from being the sporty kid who got involved with every sport, pushing his body to the limits and making sure he was the very best, to the person he is today, which is now about enjoying movement and feeling good. He educates his clients on how to get the best out of themselves through, regular movement, healthy habits & lifestyle choices.
Pat believes there is no one size fits all approach and truly gets to know where his clients want to get, shows them what’s required and then shows them the path to their goals.
Outside of the gym Pat loves daily walks with his wife and their pet dog, watching his favourite footy team Carlton, cooking & reading.
