High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a highly popular class aimed at increasing your aerobic capacity, decreasing your body fat, and working up a sweat. This class is working intervals anywhere from 30 seconds up to a cluster of intervals for up to 4 minutes. Before adding this class to your schedule we recommend having some sort of low intensity aerobic base from which you can build on to avoid burn-out, and/or fatigue. We also recommend for best results using this class 1-2 times per week in conjunction with your preferred strength training, and steady state cardio.
